I'm a consultant at a site where several systems will be converted from Forms 3.0 to Forms 4.5. The client is considering outsourcing this task to a 3rd party (the conversion work would probably be performed off-site).
Does anyone have experience using a 3rd party to convert Forms 3.0 to Forms 4.5?
If so, what kinds of issues (if any) did you encounter using a 3rd party?
When the source came back (from being converted) did it meet your expectations?
Would you use a 3rd party if you had it to do over, or would you convert in-house?
