Generally, you can build a .fmb on Win95/NT and load it on SUN and regenerate it over there. Yet, there are several things that you have to look out(mostly cosmetic). First, the size of the on screen button has to be double height. Second, the colour of your button has to be choosen such that they will be visible on the sparc machine. Finally, the font you choose has to be something that are similar on the sun, otherwise, all the text field will look strange. Also, there might be cases that you need to change your font size and screen size so that your form will not become too small (including the width and height ratio of each enterable field). Try to experiment and you will probably find the proper ratio.

As for the application error being generated, that may due to the use of some special library (example, a visual basic control) which are intented to run on windows only. You can check the various stuff in use on their document included in the demo. Received on Thu Mar 19 1998 - 00:00:00 CET
