help with user trace needed

Hello,

I need to trace a user(user machine) who tries to add some entry to database table. The data is entered on web page and is inserted to database using Oraperl. I just need to keep track of users who use this web page and tries to execute "insert" operation. How can I do it in Oracle environment? Is it possible to do at all?
