I have been using Oracle CASE products for many years+ADs- we are currently on Des/2k v1.6.
After drawing ERD's and filling in the rest of the data model, Des/2k generates 1st-cut database designs (with constraints, keys, etc.).
The code generator for Oracle Forms works pretty well also. The module/data usage documentation works nicely as well.
If you are going to build forms with Dev/2k based on your db designs, I would keep Des/2k in mind.
