Memory for HP-UX11.0 & Oracler8.0.3

memory. However, the HP-UX11.0 says it can run 128MB/512MB ram for 32/64 bit
applications,

So, could anyone tell me, does it mean I don't have enough ram ? And do they add up ? or Oracle is sharing the memory with the OS ?
