Your question is not very clear.
What about the operating system, for example ?
Intel chips... Do you mean Pentium II ?
But it's sure that Oracle performance depends not only on number of CPU's
and their speed.
Phisical RAM size is very critical. Often more critical than
processor speed. More databese buffers significally speeds up query
performance.
