You should have no trouble getting the 10.20 update media from HP if you are on a current support contract (which I assume you are, if you got an 11.0 update!) 11.0 is still pretty "new" and unless you want to be on the "bleeding edge" I would recommend going with 10.20. The only advantage 11.0 has is that if you are running a 64-bit app, you can access memory > 4 GB. Since I see in another post that the Oracle version for HP-UX 11.0 is only 32-bit anyway, I don't think that 11.0 will do anything for you. 10.20 will keep you happy.
