Capture last DB access

[Quoted] I think it would be nice to capture Endusers (from a Form generated from Headstart) last access against the Oracle database in some general manner, the purpose is error tracking and maybe a way to reduce the number off code statement in Exeption section. Is there any way to capture this information?
