Sudden Inability to Access Forms

All of the sudden I am getting an error messge I have never seen before. When I try to open a form:

FRM-10083: Cannot find/open 'every50' module for referenced objects

If you respond Continue, it just spins... I you respond Cancel you get the generic message:

FRM-10043: Cannot open file

I can't seen to find anything about this error and it doesn't help that we don't seem to hve an error messages manual.

Does anyone know what is causing this and what I can do about it????
