Hi,
Usually I follow the first method ie. different form .fmb files. The
advantages are
1. It can be shared between application.
2. Using Menus to call the forms will help in security implementation.
ie. Roles can be enabled and disabled for each and every form. This
method is the best if you have a no. of users and all do not have
permission to view all forms. In other methods this is tedious.
3. Debugging is easy.
4. Different menus can be displayed easily ie. a master menu. Then if a
form is opened, a menu pertaining to that form can be displayed.
5. If you use stacked canvas views, then when the form is run all the
canvas views will open simultaneously overlapping one another creating
confusion.
6. Menus also help in integration of forms, reports and graphs. Whereas
in other methods you have to create a dummy form to call the other
products.
7. You can have a nice backgroud displaying the project title etc etc. (
to your imagination ) when the user choose the options from the menu.
Hope this is of some help to you. When you use the first method, do create a template form having all the buttons, logos in required format and proceed.
All the best.

Jhansi
