[Quoted] After I setup Developer/2000 (Release 1.5) on my NT 4.0 workstation, I can't [Quoted] start any applications of Developer/2000. I got the message:
"The dynamic link library NLSRTL33.dll could not be found in the specified [Quoted] path D:\ORANT\BIN;"
