You can't change the owner of the repository. However, you can change the owner of the applications, which may be what you want to do. This would probably fix virtually all of the issues. You can change the owner of the applications in the RON.

If you really want to change the "owner" of the repository, there are two options.

  1. Use the Repository Admin Utility to export and recreate the repository under the desired Oracle User.
  2. Create a repository under the desired Oracle User. Using the Archive/Restore features, migrate all of the application from the original repository to the new repository.

Which approach to take depends on what your issues are with the current setup. (I'd also complain to the consultant's manager about his failure to meet your wishes/needs :-)
