Help with PERL cartridge

I have OWS 3.0 on a Sun Spark 20, Solaris 2.4. I have created a new virtual path, and physical path to run perl programs. I left all other values as configured at installation time. But the perl programs don't run.

the message given is: Perl script not found

What do I need to do to find the perl programs.
