How to handle different Forms 4.5 sub-versions?

Hi

[Quoted] [Quoted] Our site is new to Oracle development and support and we have a scenario where package A, package B and our own application development may be using different sub-versions of Forms 4.5. What do other sites do in this case?

a) recompile all forms and standardise on one version
b) use the highest version and don't recompile the forms
c) use all three versions

In the first two cases are there likely to be incompatibilities? For example, screens compiled under the older version not working under the newer version or a recompiled screen experiencing different behaviour under the new version and the package vendor not accepting responsibility (as it hasn't been tested yet).

Case c) would seem to be the safest but how do you go about setting up a Win95 client to point at different versions as there seems to be only one registry entry for Forms 4.5?

Any tips on how to deal with this situation would be most appreciated.
