Web and PL/SQL - Help

I am interested in learning how to use HTML pages to execute PL/SQL packages via the Web Application Server. I know how to create the PL/SQL packages but need help with the HTML side of the application. Can someone send me samples from their HTML code illustrating how to make the package calls. thanks,
