I CANNOT START MY LISTENER 8.0 !!!

Hi folks,


I've installed Oracle 8.0.3 Enterprise Edition on Win NT 4.0.
I'm trying to connect with Developer 2.0 Tools. I already read
some messages about SQL-Net 8.0 and/or SQl-Net 2.3 problems.
The solution is to use Listener 8.0, there is my problem.
I CANNOT START MY LISTENER 8.0 !!!



This is the error message I get:


I've included the following files:

- LISTENER.ORA
- LISTENER.LOG
- HOSTS
- TNSNAMES.ORA
- SQLNET.ORA
