Designer/2000 v2 Install Problem

After installing Designer/2000 v2 Beta on a Win95/Personal Oracle 7.3.3.0 machine, I receive the following error when starting up the database:
ORACLE73.EXE references missing export KG733.DLL?
The KG733.DLL is installed from the required support files directory on the CD and does exist in the ORACLE_HOME\BIN directory on the machine.
Has anyone else received this and worked around it? Received on Thu Jan 29 1998 - 00:00:00 CET
