It has been confirmed that D_at_K v 2.0 works with Oracle server 7.3.4
Reason = the support files that are needed by D2k to get to the database
dont support oracle ver 7.3.3 data base engine.
I think that PO 7 is a scaled down version of this
Solution: (stop TNSlsnr )
Remove sqlnet client and server drivers via installer
reinstall PO 7 sqlnet drivers
OR
Upgrade to PO 8.04
