Oracle 7.3.2.3 : Segmentation Fault while executing Ada modules

[Quoted] Hi everyone, Our environment is RS/6000, AIX 4.2.1, Oracle 7.3.2.3 (was 7.3.2.1), SQL*Module and Apex Ada 2.0.8.
Before we have upgraded Oracle from 7.3.2.1 we were running our Ada executable without any problems. Once we have upgraded to Oracle 7.3.2.3, we cannot execute any more. As soon as we are trying to connect to the database we get Segmentation Fault (Core Dumped). What did change between these release of Oracle that causes our programs to bomb? How do we make it work?
Please help.
