Why not just upgrade to Dev 2000 R2 with Forms 5.0. You can then use your *.fmx files on the web/intranet without using any other tools.
The browser need to support the newest of java. (NS 4.03 ?? and IE4.x)

I attended to the Dev 2000 R2 Forms 5.0 course this week, and it is supposed to be the easyest thing i the world......
