You have to open your library from your database and saved as a file. After that you will be able to attach it to your new program. It is a good idea to have it as a file and not only in the database ( a file is more stable ). You can compile your library. For designer purposes you have to attach the source library and for runtime purposes you can attach the source or the runtime library. You can setup the path using FORMS45_PATH parameter ( oracle.ini/ regedit ).

Tienes que abrir esta biblioteca de la base de datos y salvarla como archivo. Despues podras utilizarla en tus nuevos programas sin problemas. Es bueno tenerla como archivo y no solamente en la base de datos ( esto es muy inseguro ). Puedes compilar la libreria. Para programacion debes utilizar la biblioteca fuente ( PLL) y para correr los programas la biblioteca ejecutable ( PLX ). Puedes utilizar el parameter FORMS45_PATH para configurar las direcciones., Saludos,
