HOW TO CHANGE DEFAULT DATE FORMAT?

[Quoted]  I have to change default date format from DD-MON-YY to  DD-MON-YYYY for all my date fields, and I don't want use  the property pallete FORMAT MASK to do it. Right now we  are running DEV2K 2.0 ( forms 5.0) in WIN95, under forms4.5  I know there is an oracle file to set up variables like this:   (windows\oracle.ini), but I can't find the corresponding file  for DEV 2K 2.0 to set up such enviroment variables, can  anybody give me some advice?
