You can search for things in Forms 4.5 with the .txt file of a form produced by the Forms_Doc selection, but using a different editor, PFE. You can download it free from the author's website, and it is really a good editor. There is a link to the PFE website on my site.

Also, since looking at code in the .txt (and also the .inp) files is sometimes difficult to identify the trigger, I always put a comment as the first line in the trigger identifying what it is. Then if you ever print the code or search a text file, you will know what it is.
