If you're running a 16-bit version of Forms 4.5, there might be an issue of updating some (16-bit) DLL's. On the 90-day trial license CD (Oracle ver. 7.2, I think) there's a README-file that explains this - there might be one on your distribution CD as well. This was an important issue with PO on Win95, at least...
