download forms 4 to evaluate

Dear All,
I used Forms 3 a good 4 years ago and now my work takes me back in the direction of Oracle. Thus I need a copy of forms 4 (I believe 4.5 is the latest version). Is it possible to download it from an FTP site for a win95 or NT platform? This would be for personal, evaluation use only.
