Oracle8 ODBC Setup problem

I'm trying to install the Oracle8 ODBC driver on a WIN95 machine which currently has Oracle Lite installed on it. After downloading and installing the actual DLL's successfully with The Oracle Installer I run the ODBC Data Source Administrator and attempt to "Add" the new Oracle8 driver (version 8.00.0300). I get:

System error 1157 - Could not load the Setup or translator libraries.

on hitting the 'Finish' button of the 'Create New Data Source' dialog.

From reading the documentation that came with the ODBC driver it appears I need Oracle Net8 Client installed - could this be the problem? If so where do I get just that component without downloading a whole Oracle8 install.

Any help much appreciated
