Hello!
[Quoted] [Quoted] Does anyone know how to make an OS Batchjob to shutdown
[Quoted] the DB before backup, and then start the DB after
Backup. I am using Cheyenne Arcserve backup SW. Cheyenne
has the possibility to do 'Before backup job' and
'After Backup job' in the backup task.
This shutdown and startup has to go without any
user action. This is a fullvolum backup job of all
partitions and all disks.
Perhaps even an export before backup starts.
Any tips/Ideas
Config: Oracle 7.3.3 (NT) Enterprise Manager 1.4 Win NT 4.0 Server 12 GB Disks
