Migration and support issues- Developer/2000

Hi Everybody,
I need information on migration and support issues of Developer/2000.

Migration
Is there a conversion utility software to facilitate conversion between SQL*forms3.0 to Forms 4.5 and
SQL*ReportWriter 1.1 to Reports2.5 ?

Is manual intervention required, if the above software exists, and to what extent?

Which version of Developer/2000 supports Oracle8.x.x?

Any help or pointer to source of help will be much appreciated.
