TRIGGER VMS COMMANDS FROM A FORM RUNNING ON A PC

[Quoted] I have some 4.5 forms running on a PC while the database is on a DEC Alpha running VMS. I wish to trigger VMS command files on the Dec Alpha from within the form running on the PC. Can anyone give me an idea on how to do this? Thanks in advance for any advise.
