Dean:

I hope this answers your question. Oracle dev2k has a hierachial design. I do not know which one gets checked first but I believe it is

1.  start-in or working directory
2.  forms45_path
3.  oracle_home

If you have a form in one of those directories, you should be o.k.

You may want to read up on 'oracle environmental variables.'
