In response to my original posting below... I didn't explain myself well enough. When the last item in a block is validated (via WVI trigger) I want to do some stuff including navigation. It seemed like the best place to do this is in a when-button-pressed trigger as it allows restricted procedures (ie: go_block) which are unacceptable in a WVI trigger. Someone suggested setting a timer in the WVI trigger and then executing the code from the When-Timer-Expired trigger. This seems like the most viable solution. Thanks for all your responses!! I love this newsgroup. I only wish I could buy everyone a beer to thank them for all the timely and valuable input to all of my many novice questions!!
