RunForm Crashes a lot : Anyone seen this?

[Quoted]         We're running Forms4.5 on Oracle Developer 2000 Release 1.3.  Our platform is WINNT3.51 and we are using SQLNET 2.2 for communication between the client workstation and the database, which is running on a server.
Our problem:

        Random core dumps. There is no real pattern to this that we have been able to pin down. Just every once in a while, the user will be booted out of RunForm. We are thinking of moving from Oracle Developer 2000 Release 1.3 to either 1.3.2 or 1.4.

        Has anyone had the problem I just described above? Does anyone have experience with any of the two releases we are thinking of moving to, and, if so, what is your opinion of them.

        Any thoughts on what might be causing the crashes?

        Any help would be greatly appreciated.
