Blake,

Oracle does not support exports that exceed 2GB. Oracle Support once used the well known limitation of 2GB file sizes in HP-UX versions 10.10 and earlier as an excuse. Now that this is no longer a limitation with version 10.20, they are finally "verbally" admitting that "export" will not work beyond 2GB.

This may be fixed in version 8, but so far 7.3 and prior will have to find a new way.

I have yet to find any way myself, and end up breaking the exports into smaller jobs. In v7.3, you can dynamically partition your table to make the export smaller. You should call Oracle Support for any details on this.
