DDE Calls HELP

When compiling an Oracle Form 4.5 16bit into 32 bit (developer 1.5), it compiled fine. However, problem is when attempting to connect to the DDE server, the following message is displayed "Unable to find a location parameter", in spite of the fact the DDE server path and location are correct.
Any suggestions?
