SQLForms error - Frm-40735 On-Validate-Field.....

[Quoted] I am using SQLForms3.0 with Oracle7.3.2 on UNIX. When I try to execute a a particular form, when I try to tab down to the next field, it gives the following error:
Frm-40735 On-Validate-Field trigger raised unhandled exception VALUE_ERROR

The given size of the field is 8 characters wherein the error starts occuring when I use 4 characters only for the field. Some info on this error would be greatly appreciated.
