2 OLE-OCX Objects on one Form

Using Forms 1.5 I noticed that when I have two OLE objects (these are OCX controls) only one remains on the form. I need to maually go right click and insert object at run time to get the second OCX in there. Why does it forget about the first control?

Even if I use two blocks the problem still occurs!
