Sorry, this isn't correct.

Designer/2000 Web Server generator creates a PL/SQL and HTML "application", not JAVA. Some JAVASCRIPT can be generated/incorporated, but not JAVA.

Designer/2000 has no JAVA support features.

Designer/2000 also creates Oracle Forms. The Forms can be put on an "application server", and a JAVA UI applet is created. Users can then use a browser to access the Form, and the JAVA UI applet is downloaded to the browser. But the core of the Form is running on the app server.
