Procedure Builder

Is anybody out there using Oracle's Procedure Builder. What is the most current release??? I am using Version 1.5 WIth version 1.5 it seems that the PL/SQL engine is still using V1 of PL/SQL while the database is up to V2.3.3 of PL/SQL. Does anybody know if this will be upgraded. I have found this version difference to be a huge problem.
