Help: ORA_FFI and ORADLG.DLL library...

[Quoted] I want to use ora_ffi, Oracle foreign function interface, to create Open File Dialog in Forms 45 on Windows 3.1. But it needs oradlg.dll (or filedll.dll) library. I did not find this library in the orawin and its sub-directory. Could anyone help me how to get this library? Or did anyone used it before? I heard that in the pb15 directory but after I installed Procedure Builder, I still cannot find oradlg.dll or filedll.dll.
