Oracle netmanager

I need to figure out what NetPrint can do, supplied with dev 2k v 1.3.2 for win 31, and can find virtually no documentation on it and cannot get it to install. I get a Notify:"netman31.vrf(169): unbound variable 'wingui25' " error, and then the install aborts and returns me to the available-products window.

I believe NetPrint is part of NetManager, and I am hoping to switch paper trays (while running in bitmap mode) on an HP3SI from Oracle Reports 2.5 -- is this the ticket?
