Importing Forms 4.5 colour palettes into 100+ forms

I have just upgraded 100+ forms from 4.0 to 4.5 but unfortunately I am now stuck with the old 4.0 colour palettes.
Short of importing the 4.5 colour palette by hand into every single form is there some way of doing a mass palette import?
