How to make Windows Forms 4.5 to call Unix Programs?

Does someone knows how can I make a User_exit (or something similar) on Windows Forms v4.5 to call a program that is on a Unix system?

I use oracle v7.3.3 on unix, most programs are on Unix, but the forms must be on Win95...
