US-NY-Oracle Financial Developer

I need to find 12 Oracle Financials Developers for a wonderful financial firm in Manhattan, NY. We will accept both contract and permanent applicants with the salary ranging from $70K to $70/hr. There is also a $150-200 per diem allowance for expenses (I know they're high in Manhattan). You must have at least 4 years of Oracle Financials as well as at least one of the following modules: AP, AR, PO or General Ledger. You must have at least a BS degree preferably in Computer Science or related fields and be a Permanent Resident or a US Citizen.

Detailed description: Each module (AP, AR, PO and General Ledger) will require a 3 man team. One member will conduct the functional assessment. They will assess the system as it currently is, then make recommendations as to which Oracle system or Module(s) will be used, as well as how much customization will be required. These specs will be handed down to the 2 developers who will implement the coding.
