That's right I'll pay anyone $250.00 for each referral of a technically proficient programmer that my company hires, even if that programmer is you!
The company I work for, NCCI, is hiring new Oracle developers. Oracle experience isn't necessary, but a plus. Oracle training will be provided. Technical proficiency and good communication skills are a must.
NCCI is located a few miles west of Richmond, Virginia. It is a casual work environment. Very little beuracracy. Very little traffic to get to work.
The job description will include sql, pl/sql, designer/2000 and developer/2000 programming. Relocation expenses will be provided. Both contract and full-time opportunities will be considered. Salary range depends on experience.
