Migration to Developer2000 for windows 95

We are currently facing the following problems;

1. After generating the .FMB files, It takes a lot of time to open the forms using the layout editor. Some times the screen is frozen for hours; Did anyone come across a similar problem?..
2. We are also getting the following error message whenever we open certain forms in the layout editor.

F45DES32 caused an invalid page fault in module GDI.EXE at 0001:00002f75.
