Depending on your version of Oracle:

"Mastering Oracle7 & Client/Server Computing" by Steve Bobrowski (Sybex books)
"Oracle8 Architecture" by Steve Bobrowski and "Oracle: A Beginner's Guide" by Michael Corey and Michael Abbey (both from Oracle Press--McGraw-Hill)

For PL/SQL:

"PL/SQL Programming" and "Advanced PL/SQL Programming" by Steven Feuerstein (O'Reilly books)

These are all great books. All of the books in both the Oracle Press and O'Reilly libraries are excellent.
