Forms 4.5 checkbox question

[Quoted] I am pretty new at working with Forms 4.5, so please be patient with any 'dumb' questions.
I have an item on a form defined as a checkbox. When I run the form, the [Quoted] only way I can 'check' the checkbox is to use the mouse. Is there a way to [Quoted] check the box by hitting the 'enter' key? Currently when I hit the 'enter' [Quoted] key it tabs to the next item on the form. I'd greatly appreciate any help.
