This comportment of the Dev.2000 is dependent on the file %ORACLE_HOME%\BIN\TK2OLE32.DLL and it's a file from the Oracle Tool Kit. It exists more versions of this file, in my case has a size of 155KB and create date 23.10.96 and works fine.
