Forms Designer doesn't load FMB file anymore!

Forms Designer refused to open the FMB saying a given program unit was too big !! While it didn't complain when saving.

I spent quite a few days developing the Form, is there ANY way I can load the form ? or re-use any part of it ?

I'm running Forms 4.5 under Windows95 and PO7 7.2.2 for Win95.
