Pro*C and Oracle 6

I have to develop a 16 bits DLL that access to an Oracle 6 database.

Version 6 is no longer supported by Oracle, so I am looking for Pro*C libraries for PC.

Does anybody knows :
. where I can find these libraries
. what compiler (and what version) is compatible, in order to generate
16 bits DLL
